For SMEs that do not yet have ESG reporting in place, whether due to thresholds or operational barriers (lack of resources, time constraints, complexity, etc.).

Process overview
  • An introductory meeting (can be conducted online).

  • Review and analysis of existing reporting processes: annual reports, management reports, any publications/reports on environmental impact, and long-term ambitions (PMT and/or strategic and/or sustainability plans).

  • A planning meeting to define objectives, scope of intervention, and key challenges.

  • Optional: Initial training/workshops with teams to raise awareness about environmental issues.

  • Development of a short- and medium-term action plan: waste management, internal governance, engagement with local communities, creation of necessary internal policies, analysis of client/supplier relationships, creation of an environmental charter.

  • Value chain analysis and double materiality assessment, including key indicators to implement.

  • Identification and deployment of new reporting and tracking processes, with upgrades to existing processes (if applicable).

  • Creation of VSME financial statements for reporting and publication.

  • Collaboration with external providers or internal IT teams to ensure information system upgrades.

  • Monitoring and support during the first publication.

  • Creation of additional reports upon request.

Duration and Pricing

Pricing is defined on a fixed-fee basis and adaptable based on needs:

  • Training and workshops with teams.

  • Setting up key indicators to manage activities according to the 3 ESG pillars.

  • Development of a medium-term action plan to prepare for CSRD compliance.

The minimum duration of the service is three weeks.

The final cost is determined after an initial introductory meeting and will depend on the objectives to be achieved and the options selected.
